Our Process (simple, step-by-step)

1) Free site visit & assessment

• Check roof structure, falls (drainage), and any signs of water ingress.

• Review planning considerations (e.g., listed buildings) and fire/insulation requirements.

• Recommend the best system for your budget and lifespan goals.

2) Strip-out (for replacements)

• Safe removal of old coverings down to sound decking.

• Inspect & replace damaged timber/joists.

• Responsible waste disposal and recycling where possible.

3) Decking & insulation

• Install new timber or concrete deck with a designed fall for drainage.

• Fit rigid insulation (e.g. , PIR boards) to Part L U-values and minimize thermal bridges at edges/penetrations.

4) Waterproofing & details

• Apply your chosen system (EPDM / GRP / Torch-on felt) to manufacturer specs.

• Form upstands, parapets, terminations and penetrations with full waterproof integrity.

5) Drainage & finishing

• Fit outlets, scuppers or internal drains; add drip edges, gravel guards or ballast as required.

• Optional flood test or thermal imaging to verify watertightness.

6) Handover, warranty & maintenance

• Provide product and workmanship warranty documents.

• Offer a simple maintenance plan (annual or biannual checks) to extend service life and reduce emergency callouts.
